A Gong Bath™ is a powerful yet gentle sound healing/awakening experience. During the session one can use the power of the Paiste Planetary Earth Gong to heal and awaken wanted and unwanted energy from ones mind, body, and spirit. Through this sound healing one can experience deep relaxation, bliss, and clarity. In addition, feelings of stress, anger, and fear may be felt during the ritual. Using your intention, breath, and the vibration of the gong, one can enhance the wanted feelings and release/transmute what is unwanted.

Nicolas has been trained in the lineage of Richard Rudis who created the original "Gong Bath™". Nicolas's Gong Bath's and concerts include elements from Nada Yoga, DJ mixing, drumming, Tibetan Buddhism, Tantric Hinduism, sacred geometry, and Reiki. This creates a meditative experience in which each participant is acoustically guided via harmonic overtones, into realms of physical & mental/emotional well-being as well as cellular healing. Carefully designed vibrational constructs are used to further entice the brain into Alpha/Theta/Delta wave-scapes of clarity, peace, and wholeness which promotes physIcal, mental, and spiritual awakening, wisdom, and healing.

Kriyanna offers a unique and intuitively guided sound healing which draws upon her 20+ years of experience as a metaphysical healer, spiritual guide, and Priestess.

The session can include: Paiste 38” Earth Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystals, Essential Oils (if desired by the group), spontaneously inspired vocalization and songs, Guided Meditation, Reiki, Energy Clearing/Balancing as well as other instruments such as drum, shakers, chimes, and more.

Kriyanna's voice alone can carry you on a journey back to home, back to center. The galactic sounds of the gong assist you to let go of the constant chatter of your mind. The angelic crystalline vibrations of the singing bowls help you to remember the sweetness of life... Many emotions and memories can be brought up during a sound healing. Kriyanna will assist you in releasing what is unwanted through teaching specific tools and techniques that can be done during the session which let go of pain and suffering.
