A session with me is intuitive and customized to meet you where you are in the now moment and is structured around your specific goals and desires. The session is organic in its unfolding and will flow to meet whatever arises moment to moment. I have a large tool belt of services and offerings. A session with me can include one focus like a yoga class or sound healing. Or a mixture of multiple different modalities and tools can be applied in a single session.
